Registering your Firm
Welcome to Complyax! To get started, you’ll need to create an account for your accounting firm.
1. Requesting Early Access
Currently, Complyax is in closed beta. If you haven’t already, please navigate to the main Complyax website and submit a Contact Request for early access. Our platform administrators review these requests daily. Once approved, you will receive an invitation link via email.
2. Setting Up Your Account
When you follow the invitation link, you will be taken to the onboarding wizard.
- Enter Personal Details: Provide your full name, a secure password, and your professional email address.
- Create Firm Profile: Enter your accounting firm’s name and details. This creates the secure workspace for your team.
- Plan Selection: Choose the subscription tier that best fits your firm’s volume. If you select the Trial plan, you will immediately activate a 30-day free trial.
- Payment Setup: If you selected a paid plan, you will be directed to our secure GoCardless integration to set up a direct debit mandate.
What’s Next?
Once registration is complete, you will be directed to your central Dashboard. As the person who registered the firm, you are automatically assigned the Firm Admin role. This gives you full access to invite other accountants and manage firm settings.
