Plans and Billing
As a Firm Administrator, you have full control over your subscription level and payment history.
Selecting or Changing a Plan
To view your current active plan or to upgrade/downgrade:
- Navigate to the Settings menu on the left sidebar.
- Select the Billing tab.
- You will see a list of available Subscription Plans (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Click Select Plan on the tier that best suits your current workload.
If you are upgrading from a Trial plan, the system will prompt you to enter your payment details.
Managing Payments
Complyax integrates with GoCardless to provide a seamless and secure direct debit experience.
- When you select a paid plan, you will be redirected to the GoCardless checkout portal.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the direct debit mandate for your firm.
- Once completed, you will be returned to the Complyax dashboard and your plan will be instantly upgraded.
Viewing Payment History
You can view past invoices and payment receipts at any time:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Scroll down to the Payment History section.
- Here you will find a paginated list of all past transactions, including links to download the official GoCardless billing receipts.
