Uploading Documents (For Clients)
If you are a client of an accounting firm using Complyax, you may periodically receive emails or WhatsApp messages asking you to provide financial records (like receipts, invoices, or bank statements).
We have made this process as simple and secure as possible. You do not need to create an account or remember a password to submit your files.
Step 1: Open your Secure Link
When your accountant requests a document, you will receive a message with a unique, secure link.
- Click the link on your computer or tap it on your smartphone.
- You will be taken directly to your personalized Client Portal.
Step 2: Review Requests
On the portal page, you will see exactly what your accountant is asking for (e.g., “August 2026 Vodafone Bill”).
Step 3: Upload
- Simply drag and drop the requested file from your computer into the upload box on the screen, or click the box to browse your files.
- If you are on your smartphone, tapping the upload box will allow you to use your phone’s camera to snap a quick picture of a physical receipt.
- Once the progress bar reaches 100%, you’re done!
Your accountant will be notified immediately that the file has been received, and they can continue processing your accounts.
