Complyax helps you turn raw numbers into valuable advice for your clients by automatically generating narrative commentaries on their management accounts.

Generating Commentary

To create a commentary report:

1. Navigate to the Management Accounts module.
2. Select the client and the month-end period.
3. Complyax will analyze the imported ledger data and generate a natural-language summary (e.g., “Revenue increased by 15% due to higher summer sales, but net profit margins tightened due to increased utility costs”).

The Variance Console

The system doesn’t just write a summary; it specifically hunts for unusual financial behavior.

The Variance Console displays significant month-over-month or year-over-year deviations.

• For example, if “Travel Expenses” jump by 300% in a single month, the system flags it.
• As the accountant, you must review these flags and input a short explanation (e.g., “Client attended annual conference in London”).

This ensures that when the client receives their management accounts, every unusual number already has a professional explanation attached.
