The Triage Dashboard
The Dashboard Home is your firm’s central nervous system. It is designed around a “Triage” philosophy—surfacing exactly what needs your attention right now, rather than making you hunt for it.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
At the very top of the dashboard, you will see a live counter displaying your daily workload:
- Active HMRC Notices: How many correspondence cases require drafting or review.
- VAT Anomalies: How many VAT periods have detected mismatches between the ledger and the rules engine.
- Deadlines: Upcoming tasks due within the next 7 days.
- Missing Records: Outstanding document requests blocking your work.
Priority Work Queue
Below the KPIs is the Priority Work Queue.
Complyax utilizes a score-weighted algorithm to determine which tasks are most urgent across your entire client base. It automatically sorts tasks descending by urgency. For example, an HMRC Notice due tomorrow will always float to the top of the queue above a VAT return due next month.
Awaiting Approval Panel
If you are a Firm Administrator, you will also see a quick-access panel labeled Awaiting Approval. This panel lists all the AI-generated drafts (HMRC responses, VAT filings, and advisory commentaries) that your accountants have prepared and marked as “Ready”. You can click directly into these items to review and provide your final sign-off.
